Do not replace any missing v7.13 artifact with an older version, infer tolerances from PASS/NONPASS values, reconstruct equations from history, start AP1 physics, or rerun v7.13. The next autonomous publication task is documentary: resolve R-01 through R-03 from authoritative latest sources only, then integrate them without changing the frozen v7.13 result. AP1–AP3 remain follow-up work and are not prerequisites for reporting the narrowly scoped numerical classification.
